Attempts to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, networks, or data belonging to InternetTY or any third party.

Interferes with or disrupts the operation of our services or the use of services by others, including the transmission of malware, spyware, viruses, or any malicious code intended to damage or compromise devices, networks, or software.

Circumvents or attempts to bypass any security measures, usage restrictions, or authentication mechanisms deployed by InternetTY.

Promotes or facilitates any activity that would constitute a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy or any other contractual obligation with InternetTY.
You are responsible for ensuring that all equipment you use to access the services is adequately protected against malware, unauthorised access, and other security risks. InternetTY accepts no responsibility for any harm resulting from the use of inadequately secured devices or applications.
Consequences of Breach
If InternetTY reasonably suspects or confirms a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy, whether by you or by someone using your account, we may take one or more of the following actions at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

Temporarily suspend your access to the services.

Permanently terminate your access and/or your services contract with us.

Initiate civil or criminal proceedings, where applicable.

Refer the matter to the police or other competent authority for investigation or prosecution.

We will endeavour to notify you of any alleged breach and request that you take immediate steps to remedy the issue, where appropriate.
